The stunning footprints which made up the Opening Ceremony in Beijing were fake, not fireworks. They were actually computer graphics, complete with invented smog and camera shake to make it look as though they were shot from a moving helicopter

Lin Miaoke, the cute singer in the opening ceremony of the Olympics was also a fake. She was miming Yang Peiyi. The original singer was sidelined because she was over weight and had crooked teeth.

I told you so, some people would really do something like that just to look good.
